App Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated 16 July 2026

The apps covered by this policy are designed to minimize data collection and keep user-created content on the device whenever possible.

Scope

This policy applies to each mobile app that links to this page. It describes the common privacy practices for those apps. If an app or feature handles data differently, that difference will be explained in the app before the relevant feature is used and this policy will be updated when necessary.

Data handled by the apps

The covered apps do not currently require a publisher account and do not include publisher-added advertising, behavioral tracking, or analytics. Projects, documents, media, preferences, progress, and other content created or imported by the user are normally stored locally on the device.

An app may request access to files, media, notifications, the camera, the microphone, or another device feature when that access is needed for a function the user chooses. Access is limited to the selected function. The apps do not automatically send user-created content or diagnostics to the publisher.

Network features and other services

Some apps may offer an optional network feature, such as downloading a resource, opening a website, or connecting to a service configured by the user. When the user starts such a feature, the destination may receive ordinary connection information and the content needed to complete the request. The destination's own privacy policy then applies.

App stores and operating-system providers may independently process installation, purchase, licensing, security, backup, and diagnostic information under their own terms. The covered apps do not receive payment-card details.

Imports, exports, and sharing

Files or content leave an app only when the user chooses an export, share target, file location, or disclosed network destination. A copy saved or shared outside the app is controlled by the chosen destination and must be deleted there separately.

Support

If a user contacts support, the information they choose to provide—such as an email address, message, attachment, order reference, or diagnostic detail—is used only to answer the request, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. Service providers used to deliver the website and email may process ordinary connection and delivery data on our behalf.

Retention and deletion

On-device app data remains until the user deletes it in the app, clears the app's storage, or uninstalls the app. Device or cloud backups are controlled by the user's operating-system and backup settings.

Support information is retained only while reasonably needed for the purposes above and is ordinarily deleted or anonymized within 24 months after the last relevant interaction, unless a longer period is required for security, a dispute, accounting, tax, or law.

To request access to or deletion of information provided directly to support, email [email protected]. Information stored only on a user's device or with a service chosen by the user cannot be retrieved or deleted by the publisher.

Security

The apps minimize collection, use platform security controls, and limit access to data needed for their functions. No storage or transmission method is completely risk-free, so users should avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in support requests or third-party services.

Children

The covered apps are not directed to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect personal information from children through app code. If a child has provided personal information through support, contact us so it can be deleted.

Changes

This page and its effective date will be updated when these practices change. Any materially different handling of personal or sensitive data will also be disclosed as required before it begins.
