Privacy Policy

Every Hurtorius app runs on your own device. No accounts, no servers, no analytics, no ads, no tracking. Your files and activity stay with you.

I'm Hurtorius, an independent developer. This policy covers all the apps I publish.

What I collect

Nothing. The apps have no accounts and no servers of mine. I don't collect, store, sell, or share any personal data — no names, email, contacts, location, advertising IDs, or usage tracking.

Data on your device

Apps store their data locally — the files and content you create, libraries, settings, and game saves. It never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall.

Permissions

An app only asks for what it needs to work on your device — access to your media, files, or local network for direct device-to-device features. Nothing is uploaded to me.

Internet

Most apps work fully offline. Where the internet is used, it's limited to: optional in-app purchases through Google Play Billing (I never see your payment details), loading fonts from Google Fonts, and direct connections you start yourself (device-to-device, with no server of mine in between).

Third-party services

Google Play and Google Play Billing handle distribution and any purchases, under Google's Privacy Policy. Typography may use Google Fonts. The apps contain no analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking.

Children

The apps collect no personal data from anyone, including children under 13.

Your choices

There's no account to delete or data to request from me. You can clear an app's data in your device settings, or uninstall it.

Changes

I may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted here, with the date above.
